My AC unit went out and I gave OPACHS a call to come out and repair it. They came out on Monday and a new unit was installed on Thursday. Steve, Antonio, Jermaine, and Jordan were excellent doing their job and very professional!!! I am very satisfied with my new unit and the quality service I got!!! Thank you OPACHS!! I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a repair or a new unit!!

Its hard to find people to show up on time and this company did that. My tech originally thought my unit needed a new part but he investigated further and discoved the part was in good condition and removed that item. I found that to be honest. They are a little expensive but I would use them again.

Great customer service! We were without air for over a week waiting on our home warranty company who was giving us the run around. Out of frustration I called OPACHS, they come out the same day diagnosed and showed me another problem the first company missed, and gave me quote to replace whole system. The quote was fair from the beginning however just moving into a new home we didn't have the funds to purchase a new system. I was going to just wait on the home warranty company to solve the issue. I got a phone call from Mr Pruitt the next day explaining to me what was all included in the quote, the 10 year warranty and the great price I was getting. I explain to him that I understand and that I just did not have the funds. Mr Pruitt invited me to go to his website to fill out a credit app for financing which I was approved. This was all on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. The financing wasn't approved til Friday morning. I contacted Mr Pruitt Friday and was told the earliest that they could get to me would be Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, I guess feeling my disappointment of going 2 weeks without air, later on that evening I got a call saying they can do the install that day. They arrived at my home at the end of the work day I felt bad because I knew that I was not on the schedule for that day and it was only one tech. About half an hour later 2 more techs arrive and I felt better for the original tech. Not too long after that 2 more techs showed up and as a team they were able to replace my whole ac system before night fall. I really appreciate the professionalism, the promptness, and courtesy of OPACHS. I would highly recommend them and use them for all my future heating and air needs.

This company is truly great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was my AC diagnosed but also parts ordered (I have a very old system) and repaired in remarkable time. I will be using OPACHs in the future and I highly recommend them as well!
