The Technician Jermaine Jackson was very professional and explained every step prior to installing my New HVAC. Technicians Kario Hubbard and Armani Fisher arrived to help with the installation of the HVAC and was very professional as well. I will recommend OPACHS and these Technicians for all heating and air conditioning needs.

OPACHS made a special effort to get out the DAY-OF and repair our AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Great service, technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Will use OPACHS again!

On 10/02/23,this was a furnace maintenance appointment. Jordan was my tech and he got to the house on time and with a smile While here, I mentioned to Jordan that my upstairs wasn't cooling. The thermostat kept going up after setting it lower. Told him the rooms upstairs were warm. He immediately checked the thermostat and found out it was faulty. He disconnected and replaced it with a new one. He also checked the bedrooms to see where the vents were for air/heat to be pulled out the room. He found them, all vents in the bedrooms were covered with a dresser or television in front of them. Oops, who knew! SOOOO, that's why it's so hot 🔥 in bedrooms in the summer and cold in the winter!!! Hey people, check to make sure you're not covering your floor vents! I truly appreciate all that Jordan did for us. He was so patient with us. I love doing business with OPACHS. Office staff is always accommodating and polite.
