I would definitely recommend this company , they are affordable and I was able to get an appointment right away. I had an ongoing issue with my unit and the owner Mr.Pruitt and his staff went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved . I appreciate their patience and being and honest company. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use them again in the future .. I really want to thank the boss for being a man of his word!!!

We've used Opachs twice in the past month for AC service and I can't overstate how impressed we are with every aspect of customer service from everyone we've had the pleasure of working with from Opachs. From the person answering the phones and scheduling the service calls to those in the field who come and do the work (Oscar, Lydell, Antonio just to name a few). Everyone has been wonderful to work with. We had to actually replace one of our AC units and Oscar took the time to go through the options with us (which included repairs and not replacing the unit) so we could make an informed decision. The first time we used them I called at 8 in the morning and they had someone at our house by 11 that morning! This is a fantastic company to work with and we won't use anyone else. They've made us customers for life!

We had our unit installed yesterday, and we thoroughly enjoyed the process from the first call to get someone out to price a unit to the actual install. They were very responsive and have some great ease of use systems in place to make working with customers a lot easier through text, email, and invoicing. The technician who came took the time to talk to us about the unit we needed and explained everything on the front end. The crew that came to complete the installation was very professional and thorough. They even took the time to talk to us about our new unit once it was in. The owner was also very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Opachs.
