AC stopped working, called OPACHS to set up an appointment, customer service representative set up an emergency appointment which the technician arrived 2 hours later the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure to communicate what was going on and what he had to do to fix it.

Had heating system replaced last year and central air conditioning installed this spring . Arrived on time and delivered and installed as in contract. Had an issue with ac system after about three days. Owner came out and addressed issue and sent crew out to make adjustments. System working fine through the summer with temperatures in the triple digits. Would highly recommend.
