My heat went out yesterday and I talk to Oscar and he told me he will be at my house 6am next day he showed up exactly like he said and got me and my family back warm and the price was reasonable thank you

I am very pleased with the OPACHS heating service. On installing a new unit. The technician was very professional, informative. They even cleaned up behind themselves. I'm very pleased.

Opach installed a new furnace and condenser as the old one was over 30 years old. They were prompt, worked fast and did a great job. Price was a bit high but so is everything these days since Covid. No complaints on the new system.

Very professional gentleman. I was fortunate enough they came out on a Sunday. A day earlier than scheduled. Had issue with heating unit, snow on the ground, very cold. I am grateful to the technician and would definitely use them in the future if needed

I was greeted by a friendly voice who kept me informed. She gave me a next day appointment and when the weather was not safe, I was called and given a time for the next day. The service technicians were also friendly, respectful, and even went to go purchase equipment to speed up the process for the install. All I can say about the technician that came to my home in 9 degrees weather in the snow is that he is an angel. Not only did he get my heater up and running but they were at my house 3 hours before my appointment and he installed a new thermostat. Thank you so much for keeping my family warm on such short notice. I will be using you guys again.
