The first time I met OPACHS, they were fixing my neighbor's air conditioner. When I told the OPACHS guy that my pipes were freezing up, and that I hadn't changed the filters in a long time, he said the filters is likely the problem. I changed the filters and my pipes stopped freezing up. When the temperatures went up to 95 degrees, the pipes started freezing up again. So now when I needed help, I called the guy who gave me a free tip on how to fix it the first time. So I called OPACHS and one lead man came out with a couple trainees. I felt like I went back in time because all three were very polite and respectful. Turns out I have a slow freon leak and I was down 4 lbs. Since I have the leak and my unit is over 20 years old, he recommended I get a new unit. I told him I couldn't afford it right now and that I would like him to just add more freon. He warned me about the realities of the situation and that I may need to add more freon soon depending upon how fast the leak is. I opted for just adding the freon and my unit is cooling great with no freezing up. When I can afford a new unit, I will be calling OPACHS. I recommend OPACHS if you want expertise, straight talk and great a customer service experience.

I was very pleased with services provided by Opachs. The first step was receiving a thorough assessment of my HVAC needs provided by Oscar the owner . I was informed of what my home needed, and provided with an estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, an appointment was set to start the work. Jermaine Jackson and his team of technicians came out and completed the furnace installation in approximately 5.5 hours. The technicians were professional, courteous and on time. I applaud Opachs for their excellent customer service and communication , keeping me up to date on the installation status to completion. I really appreciated the text messages which included the pictures of the technicians reporting to perform the work in my home. I would recommend Opachs to others needing heating and air conditioner services.
