On 10/02/23,this was a furnace maintenance appointment. Jordan was my tech and he got to the house on time and with a smile While here, I mentioned to Jordan that my upstairs wasn't cooling. The thermostat kept going up after setting it lower. Told him the rooms upstairs were warm. He immediately checked the thermostat and found out it was faulty. He disconnected and replaced it with a new one. He also checked the bedrooms to see where the vents were for air/heat to be pulled out the room. He found them, all vents in the bedrooms were covered with a dresser or television in front of them. Oops, who knew! SOOOO, that's why it's so hot 🔥 in bedrooms in the summer and cold in the winter!!! Hey people, check to make sure you're not covering your floor vents! I truly appreciate all that Jordan did for us. He was so patient with us. I love doing business with OPACHS. Office staff is always accommodating and polite.

Heat was turing on, but turning off real quick. Set up and appointment with opachs. They dispatched keith to come out. He called to inform me he was on his way. He got here ran a few test and found the problem. He figured out the solution to correct the problem, and now the heat works perfect. Thanks keith very professional and knowledgeable.

They replace the contractor ..I got charge way to much for that part like almost 200 dollars I know that part only cost 30 to 40 dollars ...other than that the serve was good the guy was nice and that was with a 15 % discount outrageous.
