I used this company 10 years ago and the owner came out and I had a good experience. I decided to use them again but a different technician came out this time. Honestly, I was a little worried because he didn’t seem to really know for sure what was going on and he left telling me that I would need to purchase a whole new unit which was gonna cost $4100. I decided to get a second opinion and the company just left and it was the condensate drain that was stopped up causing my issue.For $180 my unit is working like new. Thankfully, I got the second opinion and saved a lot of money. Addendum: Just got off the phone with the owner, Oscar Pruitt. After a very nice and cordial conversation, I wanted to update my review from 1 to 3 stars. He understood and admitted that they were wrong in diagnosing the problem. He is going to refund our money for the service fee.

OPACHS has always been responsive to AC /Heating emergencies and maintenance alike. Even better, when I've had to make a sudden replacement, they charged just a normal rate, when they could have gotten a premium from a desperate father / homeowner. Got my loyalty right there!

My AC unit went out and I gave OPACHS a call to come out and repair it. They came out on Monday and a new unit was installed on Thursday. Steve, Antonio, Jermaine, and Jordan were excellent doing their job and very professional!!! I am very satisfied with my new unit and the quality service I got!!! Thank you OPACHS!! I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a repair or a new unit!!

Its hard to find people to show up on time and this company did that. My tech originally thought my unit needed a new part but he investigated further and discoved the part was in good condition and removed that item. I found that to be honest. They are a little expensive but I would use them again.

Great service!! Worked remotely on rental property. Seamless process; was kept informed throughout the installation/replacement until completed. Would recommend without a doubt!
